Should your glasses unexpectedly develop glass plague, you are entitled to exchange your product for an equivalent one. Therefore, we recommend to keep your receipt so you can document your warranty.

Be aware that hot milk products can cause buildup and a coating that looks confusingly like glass plague.
We recommend that you start by cleaning your glasses in citric acid or vinegar before contacting our customer service.
